Lattice towers
Statically calculated, green-painted lattice towers for a rock-solid stand.

Overview
As solid as a high-voltage pylon
Our lattice towers are statically calculated, square in section and painted green. The design resembles a high-voltage pylon, simply on a smaller scale depending on the model. The tower is delivered in individual parts in a transport crate and bolted together piece by piece on site.

Version & material
Every lattice tower we supply comes as a square lattice structure, statically calculated and finished in green paint. Each PE wind-powered water pump is calculated in full with ample safety reserves, so it stands and works reliably for many years. Depending on the site, you can choose between the primed and painted tower or the hot-dip galvanised and painted version. We recommend the galvanised version wherever conditions are extreme, for example near the sea.
Installation
Picture the structure as something like a high-voltage pylon, simply a little smaller depending on the model. The towers arrive in individual parts in a transport crate and are easily bolted together piece by piece on site. Every component you need, bolts included, is in the box. From model W 5015 upwards, a crane is recommended for the final assembly: it lifts the sections pre-assembled on the ground quickly into place. That keeps crane time and costs to a minimum.
Foundations
For a secure stand, the lattice tower needs four foundations, which guarantee that the windmill stands firm and dependable. We recommend having a structural calculation carried out.
